The cradle is designed for short periods of use. Since the position of the newborn is horizontal, after 6-9 months it will not be possible to lie in it and the baby needs to be seated. To do this, it is better to buy a car seat. The child himself will become uninterested and uncomfortable in a lying position.

The disadvantage of the cradle is its dimensions, since it takes up the whole space for an adult, and in some cases, half of the back row.

It is worth noting that a cradle and a carrier are different things; the latter is not reliable and can be used in extreme cases. It is attached sideways in the direction of travel of the car and it is advisable that an adult sit next to it for observation.
