- For a driver driving an ATV, moped, truck, trolleybus or tram, there are now additional fields. Previously, the form indicated only 5 categories of rights, now the list has expanded and there are 16 of them, as subcategories have appeared in the table. The doctor himself will make a mark in the required category according to that indicated on the driver’s license.
- A table has also been added where the doctor also makes a note, but, on the contrary, prohibits the driver from driving any type of transport based on the diagnosis and contraindications (illness). Such a mark will notify the traffic police inspector during the document check that the driver does not have the right to drive a particular vehicle.
- In the new form, fields have been added where the doctor notes recommendations for the right to drive transport. For example, this certificate states that you have the right to drive a vehicle only wearing vision-correcting devices (glasses, lenses).
