All methods of paying traffic fines with and without commissions

What methods exist

There are several options for paying a traffic police fine online. Let's list some of them:

  • Through Sberbank Online.
  • On the traffic police website.
  • On the government services portal.
  • Via Yandex.
  • Using third party services.

There are other ways:

  1. Through ATMs.
  2. In the Qiwi terminal.
  3. In person at a bank branch.

Many people want to pay traffic police fines online without a fee, but this is not always possible. For example, if you deposit funds through Yandex Money, you will have to pay 1 percent, through WebMoney - 0.8%. Sberbank Online offers transfers with a minimum commission.

You shouldn't be so negative about additional fees. It is quite natural that many people want to deposit money without a commission, but in reality it is not that large and will not affect your financial situation.

What to do if you don't have a receipt

Often citizens simply lose the orders or receipts necessary to pay the fine. In this case, you must contact the organization directly that received the penalty. Employees of this institution will be able to print the new document. To do this, the citizen will only need a passport.

After receiving the document, you can use it to pay the fine in different ways. To do this, you can contact a bank or post office, and the details can be transferred to the terminal or to different services when paying online. Also, if you lose documents, you can go to the official website of the organization that imposed the fine. On this resource you can find in the public domain the details by which payment is made.

If the fine is not paid, the organization that demanded the recovery may go to court

Consequences of failure to pay a fine

If citizens are negligent in paying fines, this will lead to negative consequences. The organization that applied the penalty will file a claim in court. Based on the court decision, enforcement proceedings will be opened. Next, it is the bailiffs who will be responsible for collecting funds.

Bailiffs can seize bank accounts, after which funds will be confiscated. Specialists may impose a ban on leaving the country, and may also completely confiscate property sold at auction. The proceeds from this process are used to pay off the debt.

Thus, if you figure out how to pay an administrative fine via the Internet by name, order number or court decision, then you won’t even need to leave your home to transfer funds. If you do not have access to the network, you can use standard methods that involve contacting bank or post office employees. Details can be entered manually at terminals or ATMs.

Withdrawal of commission funds for payments

How can you pay a traffic police fine without a receipt? The receipt is lost.
The fees vary depending on the payment systems. Its complete absence occurs due to the conclusion of a promotional agreement between banks and the traffic police. If it is possible to view the status of such agreements, you can get to pay bills without additional fees

If this is not possible, it is important to decide on systems that require the least amount of additional charges

The commission amount for mobile operators is quite high. For convenience and accessibility, drivers pay a minimum of five percent of the amount collected. Payments through the QIWI system are processed at a three percent fee. However, the minimum amount should be 30 rubles, i.e. for minimal fines (500 rubles) a double increase is requested. Payment is made based on the order data (series and number) or receipt (details). Depositing money into a personal account in QIWI is indeed done without a surcharge. You will have to pay for other operations. Through Webmoney the commission fee will be less than one percent. From 500 rubles, 4 rubles will be the amount of commission. Payment of a fine in the Yandex system will occur with a commission of one percent. The minimum limit for contributions to the system will also be 30 rubles.

The State Services website provides the opportunity to choose a payment method, as a result of which the size of the commission is not constant. Banks are asking for more than 2 percent, and mobile operators - 4-9 percent.

Sberbank is one of the largest banks in the country. Its commission also depends on the payment method. You can make a payment using your card. The commission percentage will be 1-3 percent. At the terminal, they will charge at least 30 rubles for such an operation, although the commission itself is 3 percent. Fees will be charged separately for each payment.

It will not be possible to make a payment with zero commission. But it is possible to choose the smallest percentage of the premium for carrying out a payment transaction to pay off the debt.

Proof of payment

In most cases, after payment you do not need to take any additional actions. Everything happens automatically and after the money is received into the state account, the fine will be recognized as paid off.

However, for greater safety and confidence you should:
  • keep the payment document (check or receipt) until full repayment. It will serve as proof of fulfillment of his duties in case any problems arise. If something happens, it will be possible to prove in court the fact of payment. This is especially important when making an offline payment through an ATM or terminal. For online payments, a check is most often sent by email;
  • When filling out payment fields, you should be extremely careful and avoid mistakes. If the money is not used for its intended purpose, the fine will be considered unpaid, and no one will provide compensation;
  • A few days after payment it is worth checking that the money has been received. This can be done by personally contacting the authority, or on the official website of the traffic police.

Thus, today there are a huge variety of ways to pay traffic police fines. All of them differ in convenience, commission percentage and transfer speed. The oldest and longest is a personal visit to the bank with a printed receipt. The main advantages of this method are high reliability and minimal commissions.

ATTENTION !!! In addition, payment is possible both online and offline. You can pay through special terminals and bank ATMs. When paying online, the most secure are large electronic money systems, as well as Sberbank and State Services.

At their core, they are not much different: a standard form is filled out everywhere and money is transferred. The only difference is in the commission percentage and methods of replenishing the account. Depending on the specific situation, everyone must independently choose the most convenient method for themselves.

Payment of traffic police fines online without commission

Traffic police fines by last name

Yandex Money is a popular payment system in our country. Several years ago, YaD was purchased by Sberbank, after which many new functions appeared in it. Now you can search for fines and pay them through the system, and the process takes a minimum of time.

Go to the portal money.yandex.ru. You will need to log into your personal account, and if you don’t have an account yet, then register. Click on the “Goods and Services” tab and go to the “Fines” item.

You will see a form where you need to enter data. The system will find fines and you will be asked to pay them. To do this, you will need to choose a method - from a Yandex wallet or from a linked bank card. Processing the payment will take a minimum of time and the funds will be transferred to the appropriate accounts.

You can enable automatic notification. Data on new collections will be sent to your mobile phone in the form of SMS or email. After receiving the notification, you will be able to log into your Yandex Money account and make a payment. Using automatic notifications will allow you to promptly learn about a violation and repay it with a 50 percent discount within 20 days, in accordance with the current law.

Definitions

It is not uncommon for citizens to encounter difficulties in paying fines. Many people simply don't know how to do this. In this case, it is better not to violate traffic rules at all, thereby minimizing problems in the future.

No one can assume that this will not happen to him. And if a sanction has already been imposed, then it must be paid in a timely manner. Sberbank Online is now considered the fastest payment method. If you do not pay the payment on time, then penalties are charged on it, which significantly increases the overall debt.

Moreover, now it is possible to repay debt obligations with a fifty percent discount.

If a citizen violates the rules, he is punished in accordance with the paragraphs of the Code of Administrative Offences. In this case, a decision on an administrative violation is issued. And it comes into force after the end of the period allotted for filing an appeal. As a rule, this period is 10 days. Such a decision can be appealed either in court or in a higher authority.

If a complaint is not filed, the citizen undertakes to pay within 70 days. Both the violator himself and his representative can make the payment.

A fine is a punishment for an offense. This is only a monetary penalty for some offense regarding traffic rules.

Penalties for repeated administrative violation

How to pay a traffic police fine with a 50 discount

Tightening penalties for repeated violations of traffic rules is a necessary measure in the transport sector to reduce the likelihood of road users getting into a road traffic accident (RTA). A car owner who commits such an offense will be punished with a heavy fine and deprivation of his driver's license.

In the corresponding provision of Art. 4.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses states that a citizen who has committed an administrative violation is subject to punishment for a period of 12 months from the date of the decision. The period of enforcement action depends on the type of punishment. For example, in a situation with a fine, the year is counted from the date of payment of the monetary penalty, and in case of deprivation of the right to operate a vehicle, the executive measure is effective from the moment such a restriction is lifted.

Deprivation of liberty

Before drawing up a protocol in case of traffic violation, the inspector contacts the duty station to establish identical offenses committed by the motorist in the past. If a similar precedent has already occurred, after drawing up the protocol is sent to the duty station for further consideration and making a decision on the violation. In some cases, documentation is submitted to the court.

There are cases when a traffic police officer does not carry out an on-site inspection, but immediately transfers an already drawn up protocol to the duty station. If during the inspection it is discovered that the owner of the car has already been fined and committed an identical offense within 12 months from the date of payment of the fine, an address notification is sent to him.

Important! The penalties for repeated driving without a driver's license while drunk have been tightened. Such an offense can result in a fine for the car owner from 200 to 300 thousand rubles*, forced labor for 480 hours or a more severe form of punishment in the form of imprisonment for 2 years

If a drunk driver is repeatedly refused a medical examination, Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is applied.

Criminal liability is imposed in the following cases:

  • if the offender was previously limited in the rights to operate a car for driving while intoxicated;
  • if the driver has already been deprived of his license for drunk driving, and he was caught for the same violation within 12 months;
  • if the car owner was convicted of a traffic accident (accident) committed while drunk (the conviction is removed 36 months after release from prison).

For reference! Refusal to undergo examination is regarded as a proven fact of intoxication.

It would be better if drivers were less likely to wonder how to pay fines online without a fee. However, if such a problem arises, it is better to use proven portals, which allow you to save money on commission fees and pay bills quickly, and most importantly, on time, without taking up a lot of personal time.

Pay a fine without commission online using the resolution number

You can pay a fine according to the resolution number without a commission on the modern State Services portal. To do this, it is necessary to follow a clear algorithm of actions, namely:

  1. Register on the portal by entering your current mobile phone number and e-mail. In addition, the site requests the insurance number of an individual personal account (SNILS). To confirm your identity, you will need to provide the service with your passport information.
  2. Log in to your personal account.
  3. Find and select the tab for checking traffic police fines.
  4. After the transition, the site will open a window where the further procedure for receiving the payment service is presented.
  5. The next step is to select the “Get a service” tab.
  6. If during registration the driver indicated the details of his license and registration certificate, the site will automatically display information about existing fines. If the car owner does not have time to wait for the completion of the data transfer synchronization process between the traffic police and the State Services portal, you must select the “Check by receipt number” tab.
  7. After selecting a service, a field opens where you must enter a unique accrual identifier (UIN) number.
  8. As soon as the main field is filled in, the “Proceed to Payment” button will become active.
  9. Next, the system loads the provided decision data and displays available information on fines and the possibility of paying them with a 50% discount.
  10. The next step is to select a payment method. On State Services, you can pay a fine according to the resolution number without commission using a mobile operator account (the agreement is concluded with Beeline, Megafon and Tele 2), by transferring funds from the WebMoney or Yandex Money e-wallet, as well as using Visa, MasterCard or MIR bank cards . The user cannot pay a fine from a Maestro card on the State Services portal - the system rejects the payment due to the low level of protection for the transaction on the part of the payment system itself.

Important! The fine must be paid by the violator within 20 days from the date of entry into force of the resolution. This period is provided for those articles for which the amount of sanctions does not exceed 500 rubles

An important advantage of the State Services portal is the absence of a commission fee when conducting a payment transaction. Moreover, the chosen payment method does not matter; the system requests the amount corresponding to the penalty charges

Payment confirmation information can be found in the Payments tab.

Payment systems

Many people are not at all embarrassed by the fact that using payment systems and services involves additional fees. It’s simple and easy, which is why people are often willing to pay a little more for their personal comfort.

That’s why more and more often I come across people who, instead of queuing at banks and visiting official websites of Russian government agencies, use payment systems. With their help, debts can be paid in full or in parts. A special database makes it possible to quickly make payments.

  • QIWI (aka Qiwi);
  • WebMoney;
  • Yandex;
  • Sberbank Online.

Still, Internet banking occupies the top position in my personal rating among the optimal payment methods. But each person has his own preferences. Therefore, I’ll just tell you about the features of each of these systems.

WebMoney

Several years ago, the most popular WebMoney service introduced new functionality that allows you to pay for various government services, including traffic police fines.

The payment procedure looks extremely simple for those who regularly use the service.

  • You should go to the system website and log in using the webmoney keeper;
  • Go to the special Payments section and the traffic police fines tab;
  • Next, fill in all the necessary fields by which you can identify the fine issued to you;
  • Click on the search button, as a result of which the system displays current information about the fine;
  • Now a page appears with a payment button. By clicking on it, all detailed details will be sent to you. If everything is correct, move on;
  • Don't forget to check the box that you agree with the terms of the agreement. The service will check the data, after which a receipt for payment will be sent to your wallet;
  • You click the Pay button and transfer funds;
  • Information about the new transaction appears in the payment history. It can be saved electronically or printed.

Everything is quite simple, fast and informative. You will know for sure that you entered the correct data, and therefore your fine has been officially paid off.

Yandex

Yandex also has its own payment system, Money. If you have a YAD wallet, then you will need to have the following data at your disposal:

  • about the region and area where the protocol was issued against you;
  • the traffic police department you encountered;
  • resolution number;
  • personal data of the vehicle owner.

Enter the data in the appropriate fields, you will be given a receipt after payment and that’s it. Nothing complicated if you act step by step without violating the requirements of the system.

By the way, payment through such a service implies an additional system commission in the amount of 1% of the total fine.

QIWI

If you have an electronic wallet of this system, you will also be able to pay fines. To do this you need to know about:

  • date of the decision;
  • the number of this very resolution;
  • the amount you are required to pay.

The disadvantage of the Qiwi system is that the commission here is already 3% of the total amount.

Sberbank Online

This is a relatively new service from the largest Russian bank that was offered to clients. Moreover, it turned out to be quite convenient and understandable.

To begin, the bank client will need to register in the system and create an account.

If you have done this, log into your personal account and go to the payments section. Next you will find a subsection for paying fines. Copy key details from the traffic police website and deposit money.

Please note that only the person for whom the protocol was drawn up can pay the fine through a bank card. You cannot do this for another person.

One more thing. If the information is entered incorrectly, the payment will not be counted. There is no way to get your money back or correct your data. You will have to make the payment again. If you do everything carefully, you won’t have to worry about how to get your money back.

The commission for this system is 1%.

As for me, each option has its undeniable advantages, but also has disadvantages.

Ways to send a receipt

A motorist can send a receipt for payment of a fine to the traffic police in the following ways:

  1. Visit the branch in person. Here the applicant writes an application, attaching a copy of the payment document.
  2. Send the receipt electronically through the official website of the traffic police.

The second method is the most convenient because it allows the motorist to save time. Let's take a closer look at it.

We send a receipt through the traffic police website

To send an electronic document, the motorist must visit the official website of the State Traffic Inspectorate. On the right side of the main page of the site there is a tab “Receiving requests”. By clicking on it, the user can learn the rules for working with the service. Next, he should select the “Proceed to fill out the questionnaire” tab. Next, select the region in which the specific traffic police department is located.

The user will open an electronic form in which he must enter the following data:

  • Full name of the applicant;
  • the method by which the motorist wants to receive a response to the request;
  • phone number;
  • text of the appeal (here you need to indicate the number of the decision on the fine and the date of its preparation).

The motorist must attach scans of receipts confirming the fact of payment to the application.

Having filled out all the proposed fields, the motorist must click on the “Send message” button. Traffic police officers must consider the application within a month. When the payment information is verified, the driver will receive a response.

Fines via SMS messages

In addition to the standard and familiar payment methods, there is another one - SMS payment. At the time of its appearance, it was available exclusively to Moscow residents. Today, any person in every region of Russia has this opportunity.

To pay, you need to go through a simple registration in the Unified Mobile Platform. Then you need to send the text servicereg or servicereg via SMS to number 7377.

You can find out whether there are fines, and if so, what they are, by sending the text “Fine Series STS Number” to number 7377 according to the vehicle certificate. You can also indicate the license number - “Fine VU Series VU Number”.

The positive side of the service is the ability to pay without visiting the traffic police department, banks, and in cases where you don’t have a bank card at hand.

How to pay a fine from your phone

Often in the life of every car owner a situation arises when he urgently needs to pay a traffic fine. It also happens that he does not even know about all the fines and penalties accrued, and the inspector does not give up the driver’s license and takes the car to the impound lot. Or the border guard won’t let you go abroad. On his part, such a measure can be applied if the amount of unpaid fines is from 10 thousand rubles, or if 10 or more enforcement proceedings have been initiated against the debtor to collect fines from the State Traffic Inspectorate.

There are other situations when you urgently need to pay a traffic fine, but you don’t have the decree on hand, and you are not at the computer and cannot check the fines online.

But there is a way out! You can always pay a traffic fine from your mobile phone. In this article we will look at the most common methods of paying fines from a mobile phone, and also discuss the disadvantages of some of them.

To pay off fines, drivers most often turn to banks connected to the traffic police GIS. Such a service, as a rule, is subject to a commission, and you also have to wait in line each time, while you can pay a fine from your mobile phone 24/7.

Payment of a fine via telephone can be made in several ways:

  • in a browser on a smartphone through State Services portals;
  • from the phone balance through the command for short numbers of the corresponding operators;
  • via mobile application.

Payment of fines via smartphone on the State Services website

The State Services portal is one of the most popular ways to pay traffic fines. We have already looked at how to pay fines on the State Services website. You can perform the same steps from your mobile phone. You just need to open your browser and enter www.gosuslugi.ru in the address bar.

The main disadvantage of this method of paying traffic fines is the difficulty of registering on the portal. If you still do not have a login and password for your Personal Account on State Services, then it is better not to try to register there from a mobile phone, but to use another payment method.

Payment of fines via SMS

Paying traffic fines via SMS is becoming increasingly popular every day. Previously, this method was available only to Muscovites, but recently the project has been expanding its territorial boundaries. All you need to do is register in the Unified Mobile Platform (UMP) service by sending a message with the text “servicereg” or “servicereg” to the short number 7377.

After this, you can obtain information about all fines issued to you in two ways:

  • according to the vehicle registration certificate: send a message to number 7377 with the text “fine Series Number STS” (for example, “fine 77RA123456”).
  • for a driver’s license: send a message to number 7377 with the text “fine Series VU VU number” (for example, “fine 77PU 123456”).

The main advantage of paying off debt via SMS is that you can quickly pay the fine from your mobile phone, even if you do not have a bank card.

Flaws:

  • you must have sufficient balance on your mobile phone
  • you will have to pay a commission to several intermediaries (the service itself and the mobile operator)
  • the final payment amount will be known only after payment
  • You need to find out more about crediting the payment by contacting the traffic police department.

To eliminate unnecessary expenses and waste of time, it is easier to turn to an alternative such as paying a fine from your phone using a mobile application.

The most convenient payment method

The easiest way to pay a fine from your phone is using the RosFines mobile application from Rosfines.ru. After installation and a minute of registration, you can quickly receive information about the presence of unpaid debts. By entering the number of the certificate and state registration plate once, you will subsequently receive up-to-date information about fines in the form of alerts.

The application also makes it possible to pay a fine from your phone - all you need is a bank card. In this case, you will not have to send SMS or use transfer services from mobile operators.

The main advantages of the RosFines application and the Rosfines website are:

  • the most accurate information thanks to verification from 3 official sources (State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, DIT Moscow and the State Services portal);
  • prompt notifications about new fines, debt verification in a matter of seconds;
  • convenient payment service without the need to send SMS.

You can download the application for Android or iOS by following the link on any page of our website.

Deadline for paying a fine to the traffic police

The deadline for paying administrative fines is regulated by the Code of Administrative Offenses (Article 32.2):

Since the matter concerns the entry into force of the decision to impose an administrative fine on the driver, we will figure out from what moment this document is considered to have entered into force:

Art. 31.1 interprets the deadline for appealing the decision, which is given in Art. 30.3:

Therefore, the fine for an administrative offense must be paid within 70 days (60 days for execution + 10 days for appeal).

In addition, we do not recommend throwing away the receipt/check for payment within 1 year after payment. This is the only way you will be guaranteed to be protected from various kinds of incidents that arose due to errors in the system, and you will be able to present a document (if necessary) as proof of the fact that money was transferred to pay off the fine.

Reasons for paying a fine

The fine is imposed using a specially drafted resolution. There may be several options: the inspector recorded a violation, stopped the driver and drew up a protocol with a resolution on the spot. Exceeding the speed limit is most often detected by video recording cameras: in this case, the decision will be sent by mail. In any case, this document must contain basic information about the offense committed, the amount of the imposed sanction, details for payment and the period within which this must be done. A fine may also be imposed by a court decision that has entered into legal force.

Upon receipt of the document, the driver should check that it is correctly compiled and contains the correct details. In this case, there should be no problems with payment. There are a huge number of ways to pay off debt, so it is advisable to analyze each of them separately.

Is it possible to pay a traffic police fine online?

There are many convenient online sites that allow you to pay off various types of fines without leaving your home. To obtain up-to-date information, you should have the following documentation with you: driver's license, registration certificate and registration certificate.

You need to be careful when using online services to conduct money transactions. You should trust only reliable and proven systems, since cases of fraud on third-party resources have become more frequent

Information about penalties is a category of personal data, so it is available only to those persons associated with it. As soon as the debtor knows the amount of the debt, you can immediately pay it using a personal bank card. Next, we will consider possible ways to pay a traffic police fine through online services.

Electronic wallets: Qiwi and Yandex. Money, Webmoney

This option involves creating an account and authorization on the site. The number and date of the decision and the amount of the fine must be entered in the prescribed form. Additional information may be needed. For example, when depositing funds through Yandex. Money additionally indicates the personal information of the car owner.

In order not to worry whether the payment was credited as intended, you should fill out the form very carefully, and then review the recipient’s details again

You should also pay attention to the “commission” column, since it can be quite significant

State Services Portal

  • obtaining information about all fines issued;
  • debt search by driver's license number. This is quite convenient for owners of several cars at once.

Payment is made by electronic money, bank card, via cell phone or by receipt number.

One of the simplest and most convenient options. Here it is possible to check all existing debts and repay them. To do this, you must fill out a special form, indicating only your full name. car owner, phone number and desired payment method. The necessary information will be displayed on the screen.

However, the presence of fines can only be checked through the vehicle registration certificate number, which may not always be at hand. In addition, the number of payment systems is limited (payment through Webmoney is not possible).

It happens like this: a fine paid in another way (for example, with electronic money) is listed on the traffic police website as valid due to the fact that information from the treasury was not entered into the traffic police database on time and the driver continues to be listed in the register of debtors. In this case, you should visit the website of government agencies: opposite the fine, click the “Download payment receipt” button, having scanned the document in advance. This way the car owner will help correct inaccuracies in the information.

Rules for fulfilling an obligation

Details for paying the sanction can be found in the order that the inspector issued to you. Traffic police fines may be sent by mail. With this data, you can contact any bank and make a payment or use electronic services for payment.

Payment of traffic police fines without commission is possible only if you personally deposit funds into the bank's cash desk. Electronic applications usually charge a fee, the amount of which can be found directly on the site.

If you do not have the document in hand, you can check the presence of unpaid fines on the official website of the traffic police or on the State portal. The search is carried out using the driver's license number and data from the vehicle registration certificate.

In the information provided, you can find information about the violation, what norm of the Code of Administrative Offenses defines liability, the date it was committed, and if it was recorded on a video camera, then the address at which it is located. In the column to the right, indicate the amount of the fine that must be paid. If the norm provides for the application of a discount, then the amount of the sanction is indicated, taking it into account, and the last day on which it will be valid is written next to it.

To pay the fine, go to the State Services website, enter data from the driver’s license and state license. vehicle number. After processing the entered information, the portal will give you a choice: generate and print a receipt for payment or pay online now.

At the moment, there is such a service as informing about the appearance of new fines; for this you will need to change the criteria in the settings in the “notification settings” section. You can use an application on your mobile phone, which also displays information about issued fines

Payment of a fine via the Internet can be done using bank cards of international payment systems, using the QIWI Wallet, Webmoney or Yandex.Money service. In addition, you can transfer funds from your mobile phone.

Payment using terminals

This payment method is carried out through QIWI and Sberbank terminals. The payment process will depend on which terminal was selected.

In order to pay a fine using a Sberbank terminal, you must have a bank card whose name matches the name of the car owner. The payment process will be as follows:

  • The card is inserted into the terminal and its PIN code is entered;
  • Go to the “Payment of administrative fines” section and select the desired traffic police department from the entire list;
  • Enter the series and number of the order issued and indicate the total amount of the fine;
  • Click on “Pay”.

Important! After the operation is completely completed, you must save the receipt. In addition, carefully check all the data you entered

With this payment method, you do not need to provide personal information. During the preparation of the protocol, the traffic police officer enters all data into a special electronic database, according to the form provided by the program. In such a database, the full name of the violator must be indicated. When the fine is paid in full, the traffic police department receives data and marks the payment.

Some Sberbank terminals have special sensors that read barcodes. This way, you can save time because you won’t have to enter all the data yourself. The barcode is passed in front of the device, all data is processed and recorded automatically. In addition, this way you can avoid any errors that may appear during manual entry.

You can pay through the Sberbank terminal not only by card, but also in cash. The payment process in this case changes only in that you do not need to insert the card into the terminal; after specifying all the data, you need to deposit cash.

When paying a traffic fine through a QIWI terminal, a bank card is not required. You just need to go to the menu, select the “Payment of traffic police fines” item, enter all the necessary data, enter the payment amount into the terminal, click on the “Pay” button and pick up the check.

With this payment method the commission is 3.5%.

Payment through Sberbank

This bank is the largest bank in the country with a huge number of branches and ATMs throughout its territory. When paying by credit card via the Internet, a pre-created personal account is required. You can only obtain data for it by applying for a card at the bank itself. When you log into your personal account, you should select the appropriate “payment of fines” section. All information must be filled out in the form provided. They are no different from those indicated earlier (decree number, driver’s license details, etc.). Payment is made from your personal account or from the card itself. There is no commission when paying through the website or application.

ATTENTION !!! It is possible to pay the fine at Sberbank via an ATM. Payment is possible through any terminal. To do this, select the payment section on the initial screen and go to the traffic police fines subsection. Next, you will need to enter the number of the document to which the fine was assigned. The system will generate a form and display the compiled information on the display.

Now you can deposit cash, or you can pay directly with a bank card through an ATM. A 1% commission is charged for services provided. There is no minimum amount. The payer must pick up the issued check, this will avoid possible problems in the future.

Features of online payment

Agree that the story of the standard payment method through a bank branch is familiar to everyone. You know very well what to do and how to stand in line.

Therefore, motorists are mostly interested in a way to pay for everything without a commission (or with a small percentage) and in the most convenient way. This is what I consider to be the online method.

There are several sites where you can do all this:

Only the SMS method stands out here, since the Internet is not needed here. How to check if you have fines? Simply send the message “service per” to the special number 7377. This registers you in the system. And then you receive all the detailed information about what debts you have.

Or send a message to the same number in the form:

  • Fine Series Number STS. This is how you pay for your driver's license. Quite simple and easy;
  • Fine Series of licenses and license number. This is for those who use their vehicle number to pay.

But, in my opinion, paying online via the Internet is much more attractive and simpler. Although this is relevant for those who understand modern electronics and are friends with the World Wide Web.

Receipt for payment

To date, no one has canceled payment through a bank branch. Despite the loss of its popularity, this method provides minimal interest on payment. In order to pay through a bank branch, you will need a special payment receipt. It can be issued along with the protocol, but most often you have to print it yourself from the official website of the traffic police.

The downloadable receipt template is empty and must be filled in with the following data:
  • resolution number;
  • the amount of the fine;
  • place of registration;
  • subject or municipality of the Russian Federation;
  • personal details of the penalty box;
  • the body that made the decision.

Since filling follows a template, this should not cause any difficulties. After that, you need to print it out and go pay at any bank.

Pay the traffic police fine online with a bank card without commission instructions

Nowadays, rule violators have many ways to pay a fine issued by a traffic police officer in Moscow (other regions of the Russian Federation) without even leaving home and at any time. You can choose any convenient option specifically for the payer:

  • through Internet payment systems (electronic wallet): WebMoney, Qiwi, YandexMoney, etc. (with commission);
  • through a bank (cash office), ATM or terminal (during a personal visit, for example, to Sberbank or other financial institutions with a commission);
  • traffic police website (official state resource without commission);
  • Internet banking (Sberbank Online is recognized as the best in this area, no commission is possible only through your personal account);
  • government service website (no commission).

In all cases, the algorithm is simple - log into the system, select the required service on the service and fill out the appropriate form. Some details may be slightly different, but overall everything works the same.

How to pay a traffic police fine through Sberbank Online

A Sberbank card and registration in the system are required. Then follows:

  • select the “payments” tab;
  • click on the item of the same name (if the option is not available, select “payment using free details”);
  • pay the debt.

Please note that the details should be entered extremely carefully, since after the operation is completed, it is no longer possible to correct anything and the driver will still be listed as a debtor. You cannot pay the debt without a commission in any option through Sberbank Online - it will be 1% of the total payment amount

The provisions are the same for Moscow and other regions of Russia.

Payment of a traffic police fine via the Internet by last name

How to pay a traffic police fine online with a bank card without a fee by name? None of the specialized services is able to provide such an opportunity only by last name, since there is a high risk of meeting a namesake or full namesake. In all variations, additional data will be required: state. car number, PTS number, driver’s license, etc. For those who have registered a bank card in the banking system (Internet or mobile version), such risks are minimized. Of all the banks in Russia, Sberbank is the most popular, since it has branches in Moscow and other regions of the country.

Pay the traffic police fine online through government services

Another option for the online version is the public service portal. Registration will take about two weeks (data will be checked and the application will be reviewed). After logging into your personal account, the algorithm is as follows:

  • selecting the “popular services” option;
  • selecting “services for...” in the menu, enter “individual”;
  • then click “traffic police fines”.

There may be situations similar to this (review from a user from Tyumen): “I can’t pay the traffic police fine through government services, it says payment is impossible.” This is a reason to contact the support service; they provide any information and provide assistance online around the clock and free of charge. But first, we recommend that you carefully check the entered details and the availability of money on your bank card. This variation of actions is relevant both for Moscow and for a number of other regions/cities/regions of the Russian Federation.

Any driver can save on penalties for an administrative offense if they hurry up with payment (you can pay with any card (bank) via the Internet).
