WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL BE NEEDED?
List of required documents for issuing a driver's license:
- statement;

Theoretical exam of the traffic police
After passing the internal test at the driving school, the first official exam will be the theory. Depending on the driving school, traffic police availability and other factors, all 3 stages can be completed on the same day or on different days.
To take the exam, you must first register through government services. However, most often the driving school deals with all organizational issues and the student himself will have to fill out a minimum application.
ATTENTION !!! At the appointed time, groups of students come to the traffic police (in case of retake, a personal visit is possible). Inspectors call names from the list, after which the named students go to the computer lab, where the system randomly issues one of the tickets. You have 20 minutes to solve it. To receive credit, you are allowed to make no more than 2 mistakes, but for each of them you will be given 5 more questions on the specified topic.
The inspector's tips for successfully passing the theory the first time will be as follows:
- prepare and learn the rules throughout the training, as well as solve the tickets provided. All assignments are freely available. For students who attended classes, this will not be a problem, since over time all tasks are automatically memorized. It is simply impossible to pass the theory if you don’t know the rules. The whole procedure takes place in such a way that there is no way to write it off. You won't be able to pass on random answers either;
- decide on tickets yourself in advance and it is advisable to do this on the computer. Sometimes, by accident, students press the wrong button, but this does not make any difference to the system;
- It is prohibited to make noise and disturb other examinees, since for such behavior the inspector may remove the student from the exam.
For a prepared student, passing the theory is not a problem. It will take no more than 5 minutes to solve the entire test.
It is necessary to pass a theoretical exam not only for those who receive a license for the first time, but also after deprivation of a license. Violators of the law, limited in the right to drive, after the end of the period must independently sign up for the exam and pass it according to similar rules. Without fulfilling this requirement, you will not be able to get your license back.
THEORETICAL EXAMINATION IN THE TRAFFIC POLICE
Novice drivers are often interested in how the traffic police exam (theory) goes. Traffic rules are studied in a driving school, along with the solution to trial tests, so trained cadets will not have problems when passing the final test.

What will happen to the driver for a fake driver's license?
The forgery, sale and use of false driver's licenses is not uncommon. Drivers resort to using false documents due to:
- reluctance to study at a driving school and/or fear of not passing the traffic police exams upon completion of training;
- the presence of the fact of deprivation of rights - in order to avoid fines for driving without a license;
- the presence of an “AT” mark on a valid driver’s license, which allows you to drive cars only with an automatic transmission;
- fear of not passing a medical examination and other reasons.
Let us note that, regardless of the specific grounds that gave rise to the desire to use a forged document, criminal liability under Part 3 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation will come in any case.
Possible sanctions:
- monetary penalty of up to 80 thousand or in the amount of the convicted person’s salary for a period of up to six months;
- or compulsory work up to 480 hours;
- or correctional labor for up to 24 months;
- or arrest for up to six months.

PASSING THE EXAM AT THE AUTODROM
After passing the theory, students come to the site where the second part of the traffic police exam takes place. It is simple, since you only need to pass 5 exercises out of 6 described:
- overpass passage;
- maneuvering in a confined space (you need to perform 2 of 3 exercises - snake, turn or right angle turn);
- entering the box in reverse;
- parallel parking.

How the traffic police exam works in practice.

Stopping and starting on an incline.
The inspector gives a command and the student must stop his car on the rise and record the stop. We stop the car using the parking or service brake, and then it starts moving straight. The slope of the road or overpass should be from 8 to 16%.
Turning around in a confined space.
Having heard the command “make a U-turn in a confined space,” we must know that the U-turn must be done outside the intersection on a two-lane road, without pulling onto the side of the road, with reverse gear engaged once. In this case, you need to stop, turn on the left turn signal and let oncoming traffic pass. If the student interferes with the maneuver while performing the maneuver, the grade will not be passed. And we should not confuse it with turning around using the adjacent territory.
Parallel parking.
Parking the vehicle parallel to the right edge of the roadway when reversing will be done using various parking or parking spaces. When reversing, the student must park his car so that the projection of the right-hand marker does not cross the boundary of the parking space. Side mirrors don't count. In this exercise, reverse gear can be engaged a second time. After this, the machine must be secured in a stationary state. After performing the exercises, you must secure the vehicle in a stationary state.
DRIVING IN THE CITY
Many students do not understand how the exam is conducted in the gai (city). He follows certain routes that are taught in a driving school, but sometimes there are deviations from the usual path. The route must pass through complex intersections and areas with prohibited parking and stopping.
In addition to the cadet, in the car there is an instructor from a driving school in the front seat and a traffic police inspector in the back seat. Before driving, it is important to fasten your seat belts, adjust the seat and mirrors to suit you, release the car from the handbrake and turn on the turn signal. Any failure to comply with these steps, other than forgetting the turn signal, will automatically result in a retake.
Regardless of how long the traffic police exam takes, all students are subject to the same requirements. During the trip, the traffic police inspector will ask the cadet to perform certain maneuvers, for example, make a U-turn, turn left, or move at a given speed. If you think for a long time or accidentally drive the right turn, the inspector will consider that his request is being ignored and will complete the test. In what case is it necessary
Checking may be required in the following situations:
- The need to clarify some nuances regarding your own VA or your loved ones. - Registration of a traffic accident according to the European Protocol. Based on paragraph “c” of Part 1 of Art. 14 Federal Law No. 40 of April 25, 2002 “On Mandatory...”, the insurer acquires the right to a recourse claim if the driver was a citizen who was found guilty of an accident and did not have the right to drive vehicles.
This case includes not only the “simply” lack of rights of the culprit as such, but also their use after expiration, or the use of a forged document, or driving the vehicle during the period of deprivation of the driver’s license.
Therefore, an inspection can be initiated by the victim of an accident, although this is not really necessary for him - the insurance company will still compensate for all the damage, and then simply recover the entire amount paid from the person causing the harm.
TRANSITION OF EXAMINATIONS
It depends on how the traffic police exam goes whether the cadet will be sent for a retake. If you fail one of the two stages, the next retake is possible in a week, after the third attempt - in a month. The results of the theory exam are valid for 6 months after passing, so after six months of unsuccessful retakes you will need to take a new theory exam.
