List of questions asked on the traffic police hotline
Attention:
With the help of the traffic police hotline, the fight against corrupt officials is underway.
First of all, it is recommended to use a trust system in the following situations:
- The traffic inspector demands to pay the fine on the spot.
- The rights of the citizen were violated, but there is no evidence. The call center representative is obliged to suggest how to act in the current situation.
- The violations were recorded on a video recorder. The person answering calls on the traffic police hotline will explain to the applicant where the filming should be taken.
- The driver is trying to give a bribe. In this case, an employee of the State Traffic Inspectorate can contact the hotline. The call is also made in a situation where a citizen behaves inappropriately or uses force against a representative of an authorized body.
- Questions have arisen regarding fines. An appeal is made if there is doubt regarding the legality of the penalty or the amount of sanctions.
- Funds were deposited to close the obligations, but the fine continues to be included in the database.
It is permissible to contact the hotline to solve other problems. The operator does not advise citizens on issues related to the readiness of documentation or the specifics of the work of the MREO unit. To clarify this information, you need to contact the territorial organization. A personal visit or phone call is acceptable.
