Is it possible to pay money for a fine if the driver does not have a receipt? This can be done in several ways:

  1. The easiest way to pay fines is on the State Services portal. Complete the registration procedure or log in to the system. The applicant's profile must contain all information about him. Only in this case is it possible to obtain all data on debts. The advantage of the service is that the driver does not need a decree number, since the fine is searched using the driver’s license number. Also, a citizen will be able to immediately pay the debt via the Internet.
  2. Using your driver's license number and vehicle number, you can find a fine in the Sberbank system online. This is convenient for plastic card holders. To find the debt and pay it, go to the “Payments and Transfers” section. In the list that appears, select “Staff Police, taxes, duties.” Then click on the “Traffic Police Department” link. Here the driver has the opportunity to both independently find existing fines and make payments according to the order. To find a fine without a number, select . Then enter the number of the driver's license and vehicle in the special columns. If debts are found, pay them off. Remember that Sberbank charges a commission of 1%.
  3. There are not only government services on the Internet through which debts are repaid. There are many private services that perform the same operations. However, debt information may take a long time to update. Another disadvantage is the large commission.
  4. You can make payment on the traffic police website itself. To do this, you must indicate the vehicle number in the appropriate column. The system will conduct a check and display a list of all fines. Among them will be both previously paid and new ones. Payment can be made either by card or using the Yandex.Money or Qiwi wallet system. There is no commission for payments made through the traffic police website. The downside of the system is that there is no way to check information using the driver’s license number. This causes inconvenience for those owners who have several cars registered. In situations where a person has already sold the car without deregistering it, and the new owner did not register it in a timely manner and committed a traffic violation. The fine will come to the old owner. Therefore, it is important to control the information on your driver’s license.

All these methods allow you to find information online about possible fines for violating traffic rules.

Deposit methods

Paying a fine under an administrative offense is a fairly common scenario. True, payment is often not required for this. It is enough to know the resolution number.

To pay the fine, you can use the following methods:

  • transfer money through GosOplata gosuslugi;
  • by working with payment terminals or ATMs;
  • by contacting bank cash desks or cash departments at the traffic police.

The last reception is unthinkable without a payment in the established form. True, you will additionally have to prepare a passport or other identity document for him.

Important: Administrative violation receipts are often used as information sheets. They contain details and payment information for non-cash transfers.

How can I restore my payment receipt?

To be honest, the payer is not obliged to keep receipts for payment of the fine. There is no such provision anywhere in the legislation. But if problems arise with the receipt of funds, then the only correct solution is to provide a receipt. This is the only way to prove your innocence. And here a problem arises: what to do if there is no receipt, and the court obliges you to repay a fine that you have already paid?

In this matter, the main thing is calm. Of course, it all depends on the payment method. Some of them allow you to get a duplicate even after a long time. Other options do not allow this.

Options for how to restore a receipt depending on the payment method:

  • If the payment was made through online banking, then simply log into the system and re-download the receipt in electronic format from the completed payments. Perhaps this is the easiest and fastest option for restoring a payment document;
  • If the payment was made through the terminal, you can contact the terminal owner’s office. But here you need to know exactly: the number of the terminal itself or its location, the date of payment and even the time. The effectiveness of the method depends on how friendly the company owners themselves are;
  • if the fine was repaid through electronic payment systems, then the recovery algorithm is similar to online banking. The receipt must be saved in the system.

It is much more difficult to restore a payment slip that was issued at the bank's cash desk. The department undergoes many operations every day. And if a lot of time has passed since payment, they may refuse to provide a duplicate. But the judicial authorities can send an official request. And, as a rule, banks will provide a written response. But again: you need to know at least the approximate date of payment.
