Nuances

Violation of the terms of temporary import of a car with RSO plates is fraught with fines. They are reflected in Article 16.18 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. If the car was not exported outside the Russian Federation within the prescribed period, and the period of timely import was not extended, an administrative fine in the amount of 1,500-2,500 rubles will be imposed on the violator.
