In the Russian Federation, new traffic police fines will come into force on September 1, 2021.
Surveillance cameras will be installed along the roads to record various violations by unscrupulous drivers. Particular attention will be paid to MTPL insurance policies. What to expect after November 20

As part of the rumors about the upcoming increase in fines, there are even entire tables regarding the size of the new fines. Below are the changed prices:

Driving into oncoming traffic means an increase from 5 to 8 thousand rubles.
Driving without a compulsory insurance policy will increase from 800 rubles to 5,000, and the car will also be sent to the impound lot.
Passing on red: it was 1000 will become 5000.
Crossing the stop line: increase from 800 to 2000 rubles.
